Started using as soon as it arrived. Great for chopping/cutting vegetables, cheese, meats and sandwiches. The only thing I don’t use is a cleaver/hard chopping so am not sure how it would stand up to the that. Still early days but seems to be exactly as described – follow wash/dry instructions and I am sure will last a long time

I had been using a smaller chopping board which was somewhat time consuming having to chop vegetables then add the other half afterwards. With this board it has meant that I can chop ant vegetables at the same time which means less hassle and less time preparing.I am enjoying vegetable preparation as the board covers a large area so can chop up several vegetables at once. A good buy for my home and bought an extra for my Mother too.

I can’t speak to the long-term qualities of this bamboo chopping board as I have only had it for a week or so, but so far so good. It’s light and easy to clean and will hopefully prove stronger and more hygienic than other wooden boards.

I broke my other bamboo cutting board 2 days into “coronavirus social isolation” – it was thin and easily warped when I washed it. This one is GREAT. Much thicker, so no risk of warping, and it has the groove to prevent any liquid from running off. I am very happy with the purchase! I have a bad habit of cutting things on the counter tops so I needed a big sturdy board to keep there for convenience. This cutting board is great, only thing is it isn’t entirely level so it spins on the surface. It has a ridge that catches food juices, it’s very heavy and solid. occasionally get splinters coming off it so I have to be careful but overall it fulfils it’s use. It also washes well, I scrub it when doing the washing up and dry it straight away.
